Frequently Asked Questions

Accounts and sign-in

How do I sign in?

Choose your workspace from the home page, then sign in with the account method offered for that role. Makers and operators can use their email address or phone number and password, a passkey when registered, or Google sign-in where enabled.

What is a passkey?

A passkey is a credential stored by your device or password manager. It confirms your identity using your device screen lock or security key, so you do not need to enter the account password.

Can I manage my account details?

Signed-in makers and operators can open the account icon in the header to view their profile and account settings. Administrators manage platform accounts from the administrator workspace.

Using the web platform

Which workspace should I use?

Administrators oversee makers and security activity. Makers manage devices and the operators associated with them. Operators use their assigned devices and complete their day-to-day device workflows.

Why can’t I see a feature?

Features depend on your signed-in role and your relationship to the relevant maker or device. Sign out and back in to confirm you are using the intended account, then contact support if access still seems incorrect.

Where can I find security activity?

Security events are available from the appropriate administrator, maker, or operator workspace when your role has permission to view them.

Mobile app and support

Is there a separate FAQ for the Android app?

Yes. The Android FAQ covers installation, device compatibility, NFC scanning, and mobile sign-in.
